Steam Cooking
Set up a steamer and fill the bottom with water. Place the frozen crab legs directly from the package into the steamer basket. Turn the heat to high and steam for 15-20 minutes, or until the crab legs are hot, bright red and fragrant.
Oven Cooking
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the frozen crab legs directly from the package onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bright red and heated through.
Grill Cooking
Thaw the crab legs overnight (~10hrs) in the refrigerator. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the legs lengthwise to expose the meat. Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the crab legs for 15-20 minutes, brushing them with herb butter or garlic oil as they cook for extra flavor. Serve warm.
